SBC observed its Prayer Day on 11 September 2026, bringing together the college community for a meaningful time of prayer, praise, reflection, and intercession. The prayer session commenced at 9:30 a.m. and provided an opportunity for the community to pause from its usual activities and seek God together.
The first session was led by Rev. Joshua Registrar, setting the tone for the day through a time of prayer and spiritual reflection. This was followed by a joyful time of praise, as the college community gathered in worship and thanksgiving.
The third session was held in cell groups, providing a more intimate setting for listening, sharing, and reflection. Members were given the opportunity to prayerfully listen to one another and reflect on their faith and calling.
The day concluded with a dedicated session of intercession, led by Miss Marina L. Buongpui, Senior Lecturer. The session focused on bringing the needs of the college, its community, and the wider world before God in prayer.
The Prayer Day was a meaningful reminder of the importance of prayer in the life of the college—calling the community to listen, worship, reflect, and intercede, and to entrust its journey and mission into the hands of God.
