Sielmat Bible College is all set to host its much-awaited Annual Sports Day on Thursday, 16th October 2025, at the SBC Campus, Sielmat. This exciting event marks a vibrant celebration of athleticism, teamwork, and sportsmanship among the students, staff, and community members.
The program will begin at 9:30 AM with an Opening Ceremony, to be graced by our Chief Guest, Mr. Derick L. Khawbung, SDO, Sangaikot, who will also officially declare the games open and perform the ceremonial Kick-Off.
The ceremony will be conducted by Mr. Joseph L. Ṭhiek, with Rev. L. Joshua, Registrar, leading the opening prayer. A Welcome Address will be delivered by Rev. Joe Sanghmingthang, Dean of Physical Education, setting the tone for the day’s events.
A special number will be presented by Mr. Lalhailal Khawbung, followed by an inspiring speech from the Chief Guest. The program will conclude with a Closing Prayer led by Ms. Marina Buongpui, and announcements will be made by Mr. Samuel Lalrohlun, Sports Secretary.
This year’s Annual Sports promises not only friendly competition but also a spirit of unity, fellowship, and joy as the SBC family gathers to celebrate holistic education — nurturing both body and spirit.
