A consultative meeting between the Board of Governors of Sielmat Bible College and the Faculty members was held on October 28, 2025, at the Gospel Centenary Guest House, with the participation of the Secretaries of the Independent Church of India (ICI).
The meeting was presided over by Rev. Dr. J. L. Songate, Chairman of the Board, and Rev. Jonathan Infimate, Principal of the College. It was convened to deliberate on key areas essential to the ongoing growth and effectiveness of the institution.
Among the major issues discussed were:
- Student affairs and welfare
- Curriculum enhancement and academic quality
- Institutional sustainability and development strategies
- Faculty growth and staff welfare
- Infrastructure expansion and maintenance
- Library strengthening and resource development
- Integration of technology, artificial intelligence, and the upholding of student integrity
