Hostels
The College has good hostel facilities for both boys and girls. All students except married students with family are required to stay on campus. Detailed rules and regulations are available from the Dean of Students. Major or repeated violation of rules may result in dismissal.
Corporate Worship
Worship and fellowship are compulsory for all students:
- Morning Devotion – as scheduled daily
- Chapel Service – 9:30 AM, Monday through Friday
- Evening Vesper Service – as scheduled
- Sunday Worship – morning and evening services
- Communion Service – held at least once every two to three months
- Community Worship – last Sunday evening of each month (includes faculty families)
- Prayer Meetings – twice monthly (Fasting prayer, Night of prayer, Chain of prayer)
Dress Code
- General dress code on campus during working days is semi-formal
- Men students are not allowed to wear T-shirts and bathroom slippers in the chapel
- All must consider decency in public and in the classroom
Daily Rules
- Lights out: 10:00 PM (winter) / 11:00 PM (summer)
- Mobile phones: Not allowed during class hours or after lights out
- Guests/Visitors: Not permitted in dormitories without permission from the Dean of Students
- Stewardship: All students are expected to care for college properties—turn off lights when not in use, do not waste water, report breakages immediately
Personal Conduct
Students must:
- Show respect to faculty, staff, and their spouses at all times
- Refrain from using drugs, alcohol, and tobacco (including sada, bidi, cigarette, betel nut) on campus
- Treat fellow students with respect and dignity—no teasing or embarrassing others
- Avoid unacceptable relationships between opposite sexes; single men and women are not to talk in private
Prayer Cabin
Students are prohibited from using the prayer cabin for any purpose except prayer. Please enter with clean feet to keep it dust-free.
Recreation
- Games & Sports: Every Friday afternoon is compulsory games day. Physical exercise is encouraged.
- Outing: Permission is required for any outing. Overnight absence is granted only for emergencies.
Medical Policy
In case of illness, approach the Dean of Students for simple ailments. If a doctor is required, consultation and treatment expenses will be borne by the students themselves. Medical leave for more than three days requires a doctor’s report.
