Academic Year
The College’s Academic Year is divided into two semesters:
- First Semester: May – October
- Second Semester: November – April
Admission Requirements
For all programs, candidates must:
- Have a genuine faith in Christ
- Have a clear call of God for Christian ministry
- Be able to speak and write English fluently
Application Process
Application forms may be downloaded from the college website. The application fee is Rs. 100. Submit the completed form to the Registrar along with:
- Photo copies of academic certificates and mark sheets
- Medical fitness certificate from a qualified doctor
- Recommendation letter from Pastor or Church official
- Short testimony of salvation and call to ministry
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
Entrance Test
Entrance Tests are held before the academic session starts each year. Admission is granted only to those who pass the entrance examination, which covers General English, Biblical Knowledge, and General Knowledge.
Attendance
Full class attendance is expected. Students must have a minimum of 80% attendance for any given subject.
Examinations
To pass a subject, a student must pass both internal and final examinations:
- Internal assessment: 20%
- Final examination: 80%
Grading System

| C | 45–49% | 2.30 |
| C- | 40–44% | 2.00 |
| F | Below 40% | — |
Classification:
- First Class: A+ to A-
- Second Class: B+ to B-
- Third Class: C+ to C-
- Fail: F
Registration
All students, both new and returning, must register on the day prior to the day classes commence. A minimum amount of Rs. 10,000 must be paid at the time of registration.
