Stipend and Scholarship
The College provides work stipend and scholarship every year to a few needy and deserving students from the college fund as well as from the support of some individuals and departments of the Independent Church of India, as recommended by the Faculty Meeting.
AWARDS
Rev. Thangler Award
Rev. Thangler Award is given to the student who secured the highest aggregate marks in biblical studies in M. Div. The Award is provided by Rev. Thangler’s eldest son, Elder V.L. Joute of Hmarkhawlien, Cachar, Assam.
Mrs. Lienzakhawl Award
This award is given to the student who secures the highest aggregate marks in Mission studies. The Award is provided by (L) Elder Dr. Lalzakung F. Tusing.
Mrs. Vanlalsuong Award
This Award is given to the student who maintains the best character during the course of study. This Award is provided by Elder L. Darngawn of Muolvaiphei.
Mrs. Ngulthatling Award
This Award is given to the student who has the best general contribution for the college during the year. It is provided by Elder Dr. H.L. Liensang.
Rev. Lalngaisang Award
This Award is given to the student who secures the highest aggregate marks in Christian Ministry as well as contribute the most to the ministry during the course of the study. It is provided by Mr. Sam Lalringsan Thiek, the son of Rev. Lalngaisang, the first Lecturer of the College.
Elder Dr. Lalzakung F. Tusing Award
This Award is given to the student who secures the highest aggregate marks in B. Th. during the whole course of the study. It is provided by Mr. Vungzabiek and Mr. Vanlalhrat.
Rev. Darsanglien Ruolngul Award
This Award is given to the student with the highest aggregate marks in M. Div. This is provided by his sons in memory of their father, the first Principal of Sielmat Bible College.
